Is there a demo?: No, but if you change your mind after buying, email us within 14 days for a full refund.
How do I get my license key?: In your Gumroad receipt email, and in your Gumroad library at any time.
The plugin is silent.: Unlock it by pasting the key from your receipt into the card on the panel and pressing UNLOCK. Note that you need to be connected to the internet to unlock.
How many computers can I use it on?: Up to ten.
Can I give or sell my copy to someone else?: No, sorry.

How do I share a kit in Cartridge?: Choose save kit… and send the .cartkit file. Its four samples are inside it, so it plays exactly the same on another Mac.

How do I get updates?: Updates are free. When one is out, you'll get an email, and the new installer is in your Gumroad library. Install it over the old one; your key and kits stay.
How do refunds work?: Email us within 14 days of buying, from the address you bought with, for a full refund. After a refund the key stops working.
Something's broken.: Write to support@keepsakeplugins.com. Include the version line from the plugin's about screen, your DAW and its version, and what you did just before it went wrong.
